OKRA Technologies has been presented with the award for Best AI Innovation award at the Business Weekly Awards, held at Queens’ College, Cambridge. The competition was stiff with a record number of Cambridge based tech companies shortlisted for the award. The award serves to recognise OKRA’s impact and innovation as we work toward implementing trustworthy AI systems in healthcare.
Rasim Shah, OKRA’s Chief Revenue Officer, received the prize from Andrew Moore from Bailey Fisher. Rasim said: “We are delighted to receive this award. Cambridge is alive with innovative technologies and companies re-imagining Healthcare, this is an acknowledgement of OKRA’s growth journey since we started in 2016. Healthcare specifically, is in a unique position to benefit from trustworthy artificial intelligence, and I am grateful for this platform to drive the discussion around AI technology for Life Sciences.
